At CrackedView our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to have your phone or tablet repaired. Here's how it works...


Submit a service request - You can easily submit a service request through our website by filling out our Request Service form. You'll provide us some basic information about your device - The type of device, the "make and model", and the issue you are experiencing. Next, you simply fill in the customer information including the best date and location to pick up your device. You can also call us at (972) 885-8355 to submit your request.


We pick up and service your device - Once your request is submitted one of our team members will contact you to confirm your request, give you a quote, and arrange a convenient pick up time. Our goal is to get your device back in your hands as soon as possible, and most repairs can be completed and returned within 2 hours.

Weekday Pick Up is between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm items picked up betwen 4-6pm will be returned the next day

Saturday PIck Up is between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm same day delivery on all pick ups

After hours pick up and delivery are available on a case by case basis for additional fee of $25.

If we find any issues once we start your repair we will always contact you to explain the problem, and we'll provide you with a new estimate before completing the work.


We return your device - Once the work is complete we will contact you to confirm your location and time for delivery.
